The U16 Boys faced a challenging season, starting with a completely new squad and the uphill task of building chemistry from scratch. Early on, team spirit and cohesion were difficult to establish, but there was a noticeable improvement by the midpoint of the season as the players began to gel and understand one another’s strengths.
A standout moment came with a memorable away win against the Harris Federation—a performance that truly highlighted the progress the team had made over the year.
Vladislav Donici and Teju Ogunniyi-Adeleke were standout performers, consistently stepping up and setting the tone for the group. While there was strong individual development across the squad, translating that growth into consistent in-game success was a challenge, often due to lapses in team cohesiveness.
With a full season of experience now behind them, the team has laid important groundwork for the future and will look to build on this foundation moving forward.
